Our Consultancy process
Our consultants have extensive experience of working in complex security environments across a range of continents. We can provide strategic thinking and advice on a wide variety of security and defence issues. Our consultants have worked with national security councils on how to conduct a defence and security review, with parliamentary committees on how to improve oversight of the security services, and with armed forces on how to modernise their procurement and logistics systems. In these cases, and in others, our primary aim has been to improve the quality of security through improvements in governance and management systems.
