Europe’s Coherence Gap in External Crisis and Conflict Management

We are delighted to announce the publication of Europe’s Coherence Gap in External Crisis and Conflict Management: Political Rhetoric and Institutional Practices in the EU and its Member States edited by the Bertelsmann Stiftung (Mar 2020).

This comprehensive study explores the evolution of whole-of-government approaches (WGA) to conflict management across the EU 28. Although focused on the management of external crises the book provides valuable insight into how member states may address internal crises.  It is, therefore, a particularly timely study.
